ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 dibekali dengan port berteknologi terkini untuk kebutuhan gaming dan content creation modern, seperti HDMI 2.1. Port display output generasi terbaru tersebut memungkinkan ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 untuk dapat terhubung ke layar eksternal hingga resolusi 8K 60Hz atau 4K 120Hz.
Konektivitas nirkabel merupakan hal yang tidak kalah penting bagi gamer dan content creator. Untuk itulah ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 dibekali dengan WiFi generasi terbaru yaitu WiFi 6E (802.11ax). Berbeda dengan WiFi generasi sebelumnya, WiFi 6E hadir dengan opsi frekuensi tambahan yaitu 6GHz yang lebih stabil dan memiliki kecepatan transfer data lebih tinggi.
